ResetHer is a curated two-day women’s reset experience, created for women who are mentally exhausted, emotionally stretched, and ready to choose restoration over survival.
ResetHer was created for women who have been carrying too much for too long.
It’s time to set it down.
Founded by a mommy, nurse, consultant, and wellness advocate who personally experienced years of running on empty, ResetHer was born from the realization that women are often praised for how much they carry, while silently burning out in the process.
ResetHer exists to interrupt that cycle.
Through intimate connections, expert-led discussions, and community, ResetHer supports women in resetting their nervous system, realigning their priorities and boundaries, reclaiming their personal power, and redefining success on their own terms.
ResetHer is a gentle reminder that rest is not weakness, and pausing
is not quitting—it is preparation.

Meet the Founder
Nicole Hill is a recognized as a “Nurse Disruptor” in the nursing community with over 23 years as a licensed professional. She is an entrepreneur, mentor, and mother who believes women should not have to sacrifice themselves in order to succeed.
Her journey began in healthcare, where she built her foundation as a registered nurse, caring for others, advocating for patients, and understanding firsthand the physical and emotional weight that women carry.
But Nicole didn’t stop there...
She went on to build Reset Wellness Bar, a luxury wellness-centered business. As her entrepreneurial journey expanded, so did her impact. Nicole began teaching and coaching nurses and healthcare professionals who felt called to build something of their own, beyond the hospital walls.
She is also the proud co-owner of Aramha Skin, a skincare brand she built alongside her daughter.

From 2022 to 2024, a shift was happening. Between building businesses, mentoring others, leading, serving, and showing up at home, Nicole found herself mentally exhausted, emotionally stretched, and pouring from an empty cup. Like many high-capacity women, she mastered showing up publicly put together, while quietly being broken behind closed doors. That season became the catalyst in which ResetHer was born.
Through ResetHer, Nicole is building rooms where women can reset their space, realign their energy, and reclaim their power – without apology.
